Miami Catering  scene has changed quite a bit over the past couple of years. It seems like Miami is now what Boca and West Palm were many years ago. There is just so much going on in Miami….parties after parties.

         I just recently did a couple of graduation parties in Miami in some of the most elite Condominiums and was very impressed with the way our services were received. There is an obvious difference in culture, taste and just overall “party mood”. I should have pictures from these events in the next couple of days or so. The food and decor were magnificient, the guests were amazed.

        It seems to me that the whole Miami Catering scene consists of the 3 or 4 ususal caterers that have been around for 20 years plus. When I finally broke into the Miami area( a couple of years back), I had great feedback. Maybe it’s all the positive I have received from past clientele that motivated myself and my team in doing bigger things and better.
