Boca Raton Catering market is very competitive. These days, even the large corporate food chains do call themselves Boca Raton Catering specialists…lol

I laugh because they have no equipment, they drop food off in disposable trays. Their staff is not properly trained, they have no experience whatsoever.

Passed Around Appetizers, Boca Raton Catering

Hi,

I was just talking to a bride that was just shopping online for a Boca Raton Catering company for her upcoming wedding. She was in panic mode…

She has made 5 inquiries with 5 different caterers. It was very stressfull for her having to repeat all details and the logistics behing her wedding.

She contacted me at 9:30 am, we spent a good 10 minutes on the phone going over all of her needs and requirements. At the end of that phone call, I promised her a DETAILED proposal by noon.

Guess what? I emailed my proposal ( in detail) by 10:45. She was blown away. All other caterers were taking days and even weeks…lol

I had to laugh, sorry. Our customer service is top notch. I called her and went over all details, I invited her over to see some of our equipment, linens, china, flatware and glassware…

Within an hour, she booked us.

I will go out of my way to book a job. I will be travelling down to Miami for a site inspection this afternoon.
